The price is per therapist. Both the couples massage and the four-hand massage involve two therapists, so the service costs double. All our techniques cost the same: only the time you give yourself changes.

Travel is charged once per vehicle, not per therapist: up to three therapists can travel in the same vehicle. The travel fee is additional to the services and must be paid when booking.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to set up at home?
We bring the table, linens, towels, oils and everything required for the massage. You only need to have enough space for us to set up.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least one day ahead. For same-day massages, ask about availability: we may be able to schedule with two hours' notice.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. You may request a female or male therapist when booking; we'll confirm subject to availability. Ohara Spa specializes exclusively in professional massage.
Do you do couples massage?
Yes. We send two therapists and the massage is simultaneous, in the same room or in separate rooms, and each person chooses their favourite technique.
What is the difference between couples massage and four-hand massage?
In couples massage, two therapists work with two people at the same time. In four-hand massage, both therapists work in synchrony on one person.
How do bookings work?
Message us on WhatsApp with the day, time, area and massage. To reserve the appointment we ask for a 400 MXN deposit per therapist, which is deducted from the total; you pay the rest at the end. Outside Playa del Carmen, the travel fee is sent in advance.
How do changes and cancellations work?
It all depends on how much notice you give us. With more than 24 hours' notice, the booking payment is refunded in full. Between 24 and 2 hours' notice, it is not refunded but is held so you can move the appointment to another date. With less than 2 hours' notice, the booking payment is forfeited. For travel it works as follows: refunded with more than 24 hours' notice, held for another service if you tell us between 24 and 4 hours ahead, and forfeited with less than 4 hours' notice.
Can I combine promotions?
No. Only one promotion applies per person: you cannot stack two coupons, or a coupon with the Platino Pass.
Do you go to hotels and Airbnbs?
Yes — hotels, villas, Airbnbs and residential complexes. Just check that your accommodation allows outside providers.
How far do you travel?
We provide service across the Riviera Maya, from Cancún to Tulum. Travel is 350 MXN per vehicle up to Puerto Morelos or Akumal and 500 MXN up to Cancún or Tulum. Within Playa del Carmen it's included.
What if I have an injury or I'm pregnant?
Tell us when you book. Prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage are performed by a specialist therapist. Subject to availability.
What are the Platino Pass conditions?
Twelve 60-minute massages, in-home or in-studio. Valid for 12 months from purchase. Transferable with written authorization. Companion at 50%: 800 MXN for 60 minutes, both in-home and in-studio.
